Home wine makers may purchase juice by the gallon or pick their own grapes for home processing. We have one or two weekends in the fall (determined later in the growing season) when people can come with their own containers. Cayuga White and Chardonnay are available as juice or pick your own grapes, and Cabernet Franc is available for picking your own grapes only.
