Cayuga Ridge is happy to be home to one of the most unique food artisans in the area, The Copper Oven. Owners (and family members), Mary Jane Challen-Kircher and her husband Seth, decided to set up shop at Cayuga Ridge and have been kickin' out mouth-watering cuisine ever since. The Copper Oven provides wood-fired pizza using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

August 20- Summer Peach FestivalNothing says summer like a peach! Celebrate our newest fruit wine, Peach Essence. Local peach farmers will be on hand, as well as local Amish with peach preserves and peach pies, all available for purchase. Plus, the rockin’ band DamDogs, will be providing tunes on the deck. October 1- Experience the Crush!Harvest is in full swing, so come on out and enjoy a crisp fall day in the vineyard. Join us for exciting demonstrations of harvesting equipment and a hands-on tour.
